Loki is a Marvel graphic novel that tells the story from Loki's point of view. Usually we hear stories from Thor's POV, and Loki is made out to be an unlikeable character. Well, in this story I think he's still unlikeable. I could see how he wasn't treated very well, but I still didn't like him, and didn't really feel sorry for him. Still, I love Marvel, and the artwork was great, so it was enjoyable.

I can't say I was terribly impressed by this one. It doesn't help that the artistic rendering of Loki was rather ugly and stereotypical "evil" and makes no sense for a proud trickster God who can also shift form. If this was supposed to make me feel bad for Loki, it didn't work as planned. Loki stans will like it, though.

This started out slow, and I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but by the halfway point, it picked up steam and became really thoughtful and engaging. I loved the revealed dimension between Loki and Thor and I loved the decision to not have Thor speak at all. Great stuff.

I was disappointed by this book. I guess I have gotten to used to the Tom Hiddleston version of Loki, this man was ugly and not pleasing to look at everyone was in fact. While the art was impressive the people were just to intense and very very ugly Loki looked like an old man wrinkly and missing teeth, which was fine. The storyline was okay if not a bit lame, i mean he already had Asgaurd all that there was left was him running around betraying allies and stressing out and being well bored out of his mind. Then we are introduced to this idea of there beign a bunch of different worlds where Loki is always evil and defeated by Thor who is good, which was kind of weird and confusing and then the ending was well all I can say is what just happened?

Not the greatest story for me, it's all about Loki's mental struggle as new ruler of Asgaurd and it's rather uninteresting. I did however love the art style of this.
