Hyperbole and a Half explained depression better than anyone has ever tried to explain depression before. However, Solutions and Other Problems is so full of pessimistic nihilism that it somehow made my depression worse.
When so much hits the fan all at once, her viewpoint that "life is pointless" is completely understandable, but honestly, even though there were parts that had me chuckling to myself, I ended the book thinking, "hey, maybe someone should check in on her."

Moving and delightful. Always a profound experience to spend some time in Allie Brosh's mind. This book made me feel less alone in my own.
