The first book in a series by one of my favorite indie author’s. Jaclyn weaves a story of magic, and yearning into every page. Von and Sage are one of my favorite couples! Based losely off of Hades and Persephone, this series has a little bit of something for every one.

Highly recommend for those who love a good troupe of enemies to lovers, fated mates, Found family, and a brooding shadow daddy. Romatasy is a guilty pleasure and this was one I'll be recommending.

The god of life created the FMC for him, the god of death hates the god of life so he cursed the FMC to only be able to have his children. The god of life controls her and has sex with her to only pleasure himself to the point where she bleeds from not being ready for him. Everything about this book is rapey and controlling.
