I was enjoying the first half, but Doyle lost me in the second with the western/Mormon part.
Quite a good murder mystery, and a great introduction to Sherlock Holmes and John Watson. It’s a bit weird that there are so many chapters dedicated to the ‘origin story’ of the murderer, but it remained interesting nonetheless.

cóż to była za beznadziejnie słaba książka... chyba oczekiwałam od niej za dużo, nie sądziłam że Sherlock będzie sobie wróżył z ręki rozwiązanie zagadek, bo nikt nie powie mi, że jego rozumowanie jest logiczne albo oparte na faktach.
