I’m loving this series about Flynn and Natalie, first three books are about the same couple which is a bonus. Straight on to book three and the conclusion to Flynn and Natalie’s story.

Oh... My... God... I'm not shitting you, when I say this one was even better then the first book... I finished it in one sitting. And now I'm not able to put my mind together...

In the beginning of the book I was really touched by all the support Natalie gets after her story was put out for the world to see. She's such a brave women and I can't imagine how to survive the hell she's lived at such a young age. But despite the horror she's going through, she always sees the light in the dark. She's convinced that all the bad shit that happens to her is worth for the love she's discovering with Flynn.
Flynn is the most amazing hero. He supports Natalie in every possible way and is feeling her pain, too. He's torn between telling Natalie about his sexual preferences and leaving them behind. He doesn't want to lose her over them and decides to leave his previous lifestyle for good, but is plagued at the same time by dreams of Natalie in the dungeon. And - holy shit - his dreams are HOT!!!
I don't want to tell much about the ending, 'cause almost every word is one too much at this point, but let me tell ya this, I can't believe this major cliffhanger. In the first book, I was like "yeah, a cliffhanger" and now I'm like "holy fucking shit, a cliffhanger".

I'm always wondering, how a book is able to swallow me up completely and leaves me breathless. I often truly feel with with the hero and heroine. Especially when it comes to a really emotional story like this one. But right now I can honestly feel the pain of both of them and my heart actually aches.

I'm in awe with M.S. Force, that she's able to write such an incredible story and I feel like I'm right with them. It's probably going to be a really long night for me, 'cause I'm not able to go to bed without starting the third book.

I knew from the first chapter I would like this book more than the previous one. The story picks up right where “Virtuous” left off. Natalie and Flynn have just returned to NYC from their first outing as an official couple at the Golden Globe Awards. Someone has leaked Natalie’s true identity to the press. When Natalie was 15, she was sexually assaulted in an especially brutal manner by the former governor of Nebraska. All the details of the subsequent trial have been made public and there’s a paparazzi feeding frenzy. On top of everything else, Natalie has just been fired from her teaching job.

Natalie shuts down but this is where Flynn shines as we see him go into caregiver/problem-solver mode. The crisis brings the couple closer than ever; however, now that Natalie’s secrets are out in the open, Flynn feels increasingly more guilty about hiding his true nature from her. Nonetheless, because he now knows about her past and is aware of her triggers, Flynn is more certain than ever Natalie will reject him if he reveals his BDSM lifestyle preferences.

Yes, there are times the dialogue is corny and the romantic timetable moves forward unrealistically fast. However, it’s a fantasy and one in which I was inclined to indulge primarily because I liked the both the premise and Flynn so much. The concept of a man, particularly a sexually dominant one, willing to compromise some of his darker desires for the perceived well-being of the woman he loves is refreshing.

This book cranks up the steam factor significantly but there are also some sweet bedroom scenes interwoven. A playful banter between Flynn and Natalie is introduced which I found endearing. Factor in a faster pace, Hollywood glamour, and a cliffhanger and you have an enjoyable series that offers a nice means of escapism. I’m ready for the final book.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Book 2 in this series takes place right after the 1st book with Natalie a complete mess after the truth about her rape and true identity become public (resulting in her losing her job). Flynn takes it upon himself to try t rectify the situation as he feels he is the cause for this (bring Natalie out in the open with them dating).
Along the way, their relationship takes a new turn. Natalie starts to grow as a person with the fact she no longer has to keep this secret of her rape hidden from anyone while Flynn still tries to keep his BDSM secret from Natalie and convince himself he doesn't want to be apart of the lifestyle any longer due to Natalie and what she's been there.

The main con of the book for me are the fast past of the book. The span of the relationship half way through the book is 2 weeks which really annoys me with the main the events that happen in the character lives. Would have preferred if the relationship between the two was a bit longs before the events of this novel. Another con is just the sex scenes in general. I pretty much lost count of how many times these two get it on and find it astonishing that Natalie is about to still walk. We get it M.S Force, some people like a good sex scene, but seriously to write that many.

But the one thing that did save this book from getting a lower rating is the ending. The last chapter of the book was written with so much power and emotion that it has convinced to read the last book in the series.

Apart from some of the descriptive pointless sex scenes (which brought the novel down for me), the book is well written and did capture my attention. I love how Flynn takes charge in dealing with the break in Natalie's personal life and how he takes care of her through this entire thing. You can definitely tell he loves her but the way he is changing his life and habits. A good "swoon" worthy book to read when you want to read a New Adult book when in a trashy type of mood.

Audiobook.
I audibly ughed several times while listening to this book.
It is nice and very spicy but the plot is so boring, predictable, and cringy.
Will I listen to the rest of the series for the spice? Yes. Will I roll my eyes though them? Also, yes.
