I loved The Atlas Six. I thought the characters were amazing, the plot was engaging, and the vibes were spectacular. In The Atlas Paradox, the characters are still great and the vibes are still spectacular, but the plot is a jumbled mess. Libby's story is fun, engaging, and easy to follow. It's well crafted. The rest? Utter confusion. I had no idea what was going on with any of them. I still don't, really.

The writing is good enough and the vibes are great, so I was happy to be along for the ride. But this was a weaker book than The Atlas Six, and I hope the plot will come back together in the third.

Pretty disappointed, I loved the first part, ate it up even. This as second part is just a big disappointment, only hardly could get myself to finish it

When people say they need a dark academia book that gives them an existential crisis, I will hand them this one.
Stunningly done, with haunting thoughts of life, love, power, knowledge, fate, and the universe.

You know that feeling where you read a book, devour it, love it every second that you're reading it? And then you finish it and try to write a review, and you're like, why did I like that so much? This book was that for me. I could not put it down and in the moment I liked it even more than Atlas Six. But there was less magical theory (boo), stranger character pairings, and more questions asked than answered
