Ive read a number of dark romance books but I felt that some parts of the book were just too descriptive for my liking and made me very uncomfortable. There were moments where I had to skip chapter because I just couldn’t stomach the descriptions. Some of the sexual scenes were just straight up weird, but who am I to kink shame. It definitely got better towards because I felt more connected to the characters and felt very sympathetic when they died
