Found it okay. Characters weren't particularly notable, though I enjoyed the conflict. Thought it would be more fantastical than it was, and got stuck about 100 pages in. Still finished it, but a bit boring for me personally. Interesting depiction of the Fae.

This book made a complete 180 for me while I was reading. The beginning was very slow and around the half way point everything picked up drastically. This is a book about sisterly devotion and what one sister would do for another. I actually really enjoyed it! (:

It does drag a bit in the beginning but things get going around the 100 page mark. It's a little predictable, but I didn't hate that. And I do like fae stories where they're unsettling bargainers with opaque laws that don't make sense to humans, so this was a treat for me. I'm glad I took a chance on it!
