For whatever reason, I love the Deep Earth Dating books. I highly suggest reading the first book (Berries and Greed) before this one.
The character development is magnificent. I love how each character is clearly defined. The FMC and MMC compliment each other so well in the fact that they are complete opposites. The only thing they have in common, is the ability to do their jobs well.
Overall, This book was cute and cozy; I wanted to live in it.
I've read reviews talking about how this series is not like Lily Mayne's usual work. I definitely will be checking her other stuff.

I'd give it 6 stars if i could. I'm super in love with everything Lily Mayne writes, and this one was no different. The characters were so lovable I'm a bit in love with both of them. The sexual tension was on point and the whole universe she created in this series is so unique I can't explain how fantastic it is. I have not enough words of praise for this book or this series.

This one was about Nuni and Anita. You know how you meet somebody and you like them but only for like 5 minutes and then you want to go home? They're perfectly fine person but you can only stand them for 5 minutes at a time? That's Nuni. I would probably go to jail for murdering this man in real life.

i loved how different this book was from the first one! Nuni and Anita’s relationship was on a whole other level - i adored them both. which is amazing to say because i really didn’t think i’d like Nuni after the introduction we got of him in book 1.
but who am i to turn down a friends with benefits/secret relationship where both of them are super competitive and the chemistry is steaming hot?!
i think it’ll be hard for Lily to top this book but i honestly can’t wait for Laki’s story!!
