This has been a delight to read, while I do not agree on many of mr. Frankl's points - mainly those on euthanasia and suicide - I understand where he is coming from, appreciate the thought process he shares with us and the eloquence in which he does so.

I am especially glad to read about reasons to live and why suffering is not a thing we should compare, it is a very personal thing and his theories on this are especially relevant right now, in times when people don't want to admit they have a hard time during this Covid pandemic because others surely have it worse.

You have a right to feel bad,
And your suffering is real.

An okay-ish read as a supplement to the author's other book, Man's search for meaning.

But I feel he uses poor examples to reason his belief here.
Plus the fore- and afterwords are repetitive and largely rehash the content of the lectures themselves.
