Ozymandias ends up finding and taking out the drug supplier in the beginning. But he doesn't stop there. He becomes a bonafide superhero and stops crimes on land, sea, and air. And before long, he realizes that there aren't too many superheroes left. He wonders why and does some research. And he learns about the mysterious disappearance of Hooded Justice. He loves mysteries, and while attempting to solve this one, he crosses paths with The Comedian, who is working for the Feds and also trying to find out what happened to Hooded Justice. It ends on a cliffhanger with Comedian and Ozymandias squaring off.
