This was indeed very dark. I cried several times reading it and still think about it from time to time and shudder. But I couldn't put it down! I loved watching this story unfold and trying to guess the next twist!

The title for this book is fitting, it's a very dark book with very dark themes and dark characters, and it's SOOOO delicious.

Gillian Flynn does dark so well. Would not recommend reading in the dark, I kept looking towards my bedroom door. I liked the changing timelines and POVs but this is on the graphic side and I found myself having to skip paragraphs.

Yet another dark and crazy book by Gillian Flynn. This one was by far the darkest of her books that I have read. With each book I am annoyed at the abruptness of the ending. I want more. And I want to shake the people in the book 9 times out of 10. I am frustrated with not being able to know more. But, isn't that how it is in the real world? We are always left wanting more? Good play, Ms. Flynn, good play.
