When I started, my thought was, "This isn't as immediately charming as Thursday Murder Club" but that feedback was quickly forgotten as I was swept into this world with equally memorable and lovable characters. Some small quibbles about the many Britishisms that the supposedly American characters say, but honestly I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been listening to the audiobook. Osman has a knack for creating delightful characters --even villains!-- with the most lovable, or at least relatable, idiosyncrasies. And a plot that kept me guessing. Well friggin done. Bravo on a great start to a new series - I can't wait for the next release.
