Wow, that prose! Enchanting. These characters will live in my brain for a long, long time. Such powerful, complex, wholehearted women. And the ending was a punch to the gut in the best possible way. I do feel like the book could have been shorter, and the tales included between chapters felt superfluous at times. Still highly recommend.
