I loved this book. It is highly applicable with action steps in each chapter. I agree with other reviewers: have some specific goals in mind you want to work on (good ones to make or bad ones to break) so you can be writing things down and following along as this book helps you break them down and workshop them into the atomic format.
I will definitely be buying my own copy of this book and will reread and reference it often.

The book delivered what it says in its full title. Sadly, I have heard most of the tricks from other sources or have used some of them already to make myself to do something I wouldn't have bothered otherwise.
For new people, this book is perfect. It gives a lot of different methods how to do something that you want to do, but don't have will power for it.

It felt like the author was explaining the same theory over and over again
This book was eye opening. I'm going to apply everything I've read here right away. Will update in 6 months
I’ve read this book a handful of times. An excellent read to start the year off right or even to give yourself a reset reminder. Excellent tools that are achievable and helpful to reframe your mind when it comes to setting and meeting goals you have for yourself. James Clear is extremely relatable and his personal stories help shape the true attainability of the methods described. Highly highly recommend.

As I approach my birthday and reflect on the past year this was a good book to finally pick up. There was nothing earth shattering about anything shared in the book, but it was presented in such a clear, concise way that it still helped me feel inspired about getting back on track with some of the positive habits I’ve let slip this year. Although I do own a hard copy of the book, I’m glad I listened to it initially as it helped me get a good overview of what it has to offer without getting bogged down in the details (which I sometimes have a tendency to do with self improvement books) but can go back and reference the hard copy whenever I wish.
