Suspense. English setting, anticlimactic twists, weak drama, storytelling, and conclusion. Eclipse chasing couple witness rape and lies.

Wow! Just wow. He Said/She Said is a novel that is so full of twists and turns that my head was spinning. And like the title implies, you get to the point where you really don't know who to believe.
The story starts with a scene outside of a courtroom, so we know from the start that something is going to happen that will involve the law, lawyers, and the court system. Then the reader gets to take a step back and relax a little bit as the story starts to unfold.
He Said/She Said is full of secrets and people who have kept terrible secrets from their friends and loved ones. Once you start finding out the scope of these secrets, your mind will be blown.
Erin Kelly is a new-to-me author but I loved this book so much I am definitely going to be checking out her other books.

4.5 stars - definitely one of the best thrillers I've read recently. The timeline flashbacks between present day viewpoints was confusing at first to follow, but once the plot got rolling, it clicked. And the title he said/she said isn't just about the victim and accused, but the witnesses themselves. To what lengths are you willing to go to save a relationship? To keep yourself anchored to another person without them finding out an indiscretion? It's just crazy, but very satisfying.

It took about 600 pages for it to get good but when it did, it was beautiful.

Great book. I liked the different viewpoints and there were a lot of twists that kept me on my toes. I'm planning to read more of this authors books.

This was a good thriller read and left me feeling quite pleased with the ending. I liked the chapter switch between the two main characters and the addition of an eclipse theme was interesting too.

2.5⭐️ This was so slow and boring. Definitely not the gripping read I was expecting. There weren’t little reveals along the way to keep you interested and the plot twist towards the end wasn’t crazy. Unfortunately, this was just bland.
