I enjoyed the book for the most part. My biggest issue is that it didn't answer the why of what happened to the protagonist. As a reader, I was left feeling like the story was incomplete.

This short story fell “short” for me hahaha.

Don’t really recommend. The story came across as a white savior story to me that ends with “yay! This one dude solved homophobia, sexism, or racism for marginalized groups.” I wish the story was instead told from perspective of the marginalized women in this book.
