Very good - the first story is just the first Iron Man movie, but the rest of the stories are some solid interludes to help bridge some of the gaps between Marvel movies. Lots of good "how we got here" moments - one story ends with Natasha walking in to meet Tony and Happy while they're boxing, and another ends when Dr. Erskine walks into Steve Rogers' exam room, but both of them provide interesting backstory.

This was an interesting read. Not necessary to the universe necessarily, but it had some interesting insights into the background of the Iron Man and Captain America stories :)

The first half, about Iron Man, was good. But the second half, about Captain America, jumped around every other page, from 1944, to 1932, to 1944, to 1943 - constantly. It was hard to get a feel for what was going on, felt very unfocused.

Because they're all tie-ins, they aren't super coherent on their own, but there's some fun stuff in here.
