I do like this adventure thing going with sidekick cats. This had a lot going for it, but it could have been two or three times as long, easy, for character and plot development.

Great art. Tight little story. Nicely portrayed end-of-times, with subsequent questioning of moral judgment.

Pretty disappointed with this. There didn't seem to be much of a plot and there were so many points that just didn't make enough sense for me to enjoy.

Interesting but confusing. Not necessarily what the MC was doing but why was she doing it and how she got there.

A wisp of a plot built up with beautiful artwork, clever details, and zings of action. I liked the experience of moving into the story with assumptions about the world and characters and slowly building a different understanding as the story unfolds. It's a slim novel, so a very quick read - but I was totally charmed.

Well, I appear to be in the minority here, but I really liked this. I thought there was so much charm and personality to the characters, the art work was sparse and beautiful and the setting had a suitable mix of thrilling adventure, loneliness and threat. It packed a lot into a few pages, didn't over stay its welcome, and it left me with a gentle warm glow afterwards, so I'd definitely recommend it.

Artful illustrations depicting adventures of a girl and her cat during the Apocalypse. Took a pic of part of page 11 for an album of shots I call "Book Art I Love."
Full color and epic in scope.
