The atmosphere and the history poured into Malibu Rising made it an immersive and exciting read. The party was just as epic as I thought it would and I was a big fan of the multiple perspectives that Reid put into it. I had so much fun reading about the side characterS, reading their histories and motivations made them so relatable and realistic. Shout out to Greg, Tarmine (don't kill me for forgetting how to spell her name), and Ricky.

The secrets that the Riva siblings had weren't earth-shattering or scadalous as I thought it would be. But, the cultimating fated encouter with Mick was so cathartic because damn Nina and her siblings deserved it.

This book was so good I devoured it in one day! Fun and full of surprises while also heart breaking and touching on dark issues. Loved it!

it was great
i'd say the flaws weren't the main focus of the book but their problems and (past) mistakes definitely were

This book is not as good as The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, but is still immensely entertaining and heartwarming and something I’d reccomend.

I just love my girl TJR.

But honestly this was closer to a 4.25 for me. I didn't love the first half, but loved how she sped up and sped up as we got to the end.
Once the party started (literally), I felt there were just too many people introduced. Some of them I cared about, most I didn't.
But her writing is impeccable, her imagery is lovely, and I will read everything she writes.
