I have not a single clue about bridge, which I think affected my enjoyment and understanding of this novel (the fact that English is not my first language, didn’t help)
But I really liked the premise and that this time there were less characters and each of their stories were quite interesting

Honestly, not the absolute best Christie I've ever read - but still great!

Second read for me.  I enjoyed it just as much as the first time around many years ago. This is one of the most complex Poirot mysteries.  Four potential killers and four sleuths when a flamboyant mountebank is murdered right in front of his guests at a house party. Poirot puts his little grey cells to work to find out who the killer was. Even Poirot is surprised to find out how many secrets people have buried in their past. The Bridge analogies are very apt and the intricacies of the clues are true
Agatha Christie. There is a reason she is the master.
