Sometimes I hate romance retellings where its the same story just In the guys pov but this one was actually good and I enjoyed it. I did put it down for a little while since I was out of my romance mood but I picked it up again last night and absolutely loved it.

Wow.
I loved the last chapter and the epilogue.

It was also nice see what happened through Travis's POV, but Beautiful Disaster is still my favourite.
One this side of the story I can see how Abby was sort of a bitch at times. But then knowing how everything turn out spoils it. Which is why the epilogue was a nice surprise. And it just makes me happy, and smile like a fool reading it.

Gosh I love them together.

I love her books!

Yep, I'm a sucker and had to find out what was in Travis' head. I found it fun to read this simultaneously with BD so that I could see the story from both sides.

Loved it!!! I can't say enough about the epilogue, what a perfect ending for these two. Travis's side of their story was so interesting I never felt like I was just reading the same thing over again like I do with some other POV switches. The story was so fresh through his eyes. I highly recommend, but only if you've read Pigeon's side first. This is not a stand alone and would be hard to follow otherwise.

I'm still not sure how I feel about these books that kinda rehash the 1st book's plot just from a different POV. Having said that, I think you do get a bit more insight into Travis' character and the way it doesn't follow exactly the last book you do need to have read that to understand what events he's referencing.
Also, while I am enjoying these series that wrap up in two books the bit we are given about them in the future actually sounded like it could have been an interesting read. C'est la vie.

This book is like chat GPT rewrote it from his perspective. It’s pretty much exactly the same (especially the latter half). Took me months and months to finish. The epilogue was cool though. FBI!!!

“Even though we’d put each other through hell, we’d found heaven.”

Reading this through pre-finals week, and I found myself regretting nothing. So much fun, love, and drama. I liked his point of view, much, much better than Abby's.

I don't think anyone beats Travis Maddox. How can someone beat Trav? I'm completely swooned.

Five stars doesn't necessarily present perfection. I don't know how to describe it, but I just really, really loved this. I wish there was more of Trav.
