Waterboard of angst. Tissue to dry off.

It frustrates the fuck out of me when everything could be resolved with one conversation but instead we move forwards with assumptions that go on for 75% of the book. Otherwise I enjoyed the story and related to Nora’s struggle to let her guard down. I still don’t really get the Emily Henry hype.

Another Emily Henry book that I adored. It
takes place in a fictional town in North
Carolina, has an enemies to lover trope &
is all about books. What more can
someone ask for!?

This was my third Emily Henry book and I dont think I'm an Emily Henry fan. She is a great writing good bantering it just I don't feel the chemistry between the FMC and MC. For me Charlie was a little bland. Love the relationship with her sister. Overall it was just okay.
