A nice quick read, I am always a fan of Boom! Studios comics, and this was no exception. This is a compilation of the Boom! Box Mix Tape collections from 2014, 2015, and 2016, which each contain several short comics from their previous series as well as some stand alone stories. I enjoyed being able to read some new stories in some series that I already read, such as Giant Days and Lumberjanes, getting a look at some longer series that I have been meaning to look into, such as The Midas Flesh and Slam!, and being introduced to some completely new creators. Some of the individual comics were better than others, but overall it was a very strong collection with some cute stories.

I like having a mix of shorts from established BOOM! series, as well as the original stand-alone comics. I did like that everything was pretty short, and it was REALLY cool to see a 'Giant Days' short as illustrated by John Allison! That was my favorite part of this book.

A lot of these stories are pretty juvenile, and the humor doesn't quite hit the same for me as in other BOOM! Box titles. It was a quick read, but nothing I'm likely to pick up again.

I loved this book! We seriously need more comics filled with short stories. I can't wait to buy this book and read it over and over again!

A very mixed bag. Took me forever to reach half of the book before I decided to put it aside.
I think I only really like two stories: one about dinosaurs and the other about a haunted house.
The rest was quite a mess, maybe it was because there is a limit to how much you can do in such a little space.
All and all, I was expecting to have an idea of all the possibilities that BOOM! but ended up being a disappointment.
