I liked the premise more than the execution. The U.S. government proposing the import of hippos for farming is definitely a case where truth is stranger than fiction, so now I need to go read American Hippopotamus for the historical background of this scheme.

Short book with a fun premise. Anytime hippos are in a book I'm interested. Add in a heist and characters that are familiar without being stock cut outs and you have a fun read
