OK, this one was better than the first book in the duology!

I enjoyed the plot in this one a bit more and Sara really turned the heat UP even more!

You will enjoy this if you enjoy reading about:

Blindfolding
Paddling/spanking
Possessive men
1 female with multiple men
Knife play
Biting
Breeding kinks
Fisting
PRAISE “good girl” & “you can take it”

dark fast-paced

The pacing of this one was a little weird for me but I still loved it. I think the story itself called for weird pacing and adding a new character made it tricky but the vibes of the book were one long epilogue and honestly I didn't hate that! I got to see all my fave characters chase those HEAs

Five by Sara Cate and Rachel Leigh is the second book in a series called Black Hearts. It is a dark reverse harem story, filled with tension, action and all the spice you want.

I already liked the first book, but this one was even better. Reading from multiple point of views was such a treat for me. Also can we talk about how cute Gabriel is with Punk, cuz oh my gosh I was smiling when reading those parts.

It was an easy read, however it did take me a bit to get really into it. Maybe because of the time skip, but once I got past the first few chapters I couldn't put it down.

I really hope we get to see more of these characters, because I love them so much.

Overall, it was a good book and I would recommend it to anyone who loves dark books.

Iris has become a force to be reckoned with. When one of her men going missing she stops at nothing to find him, and maybe add another along the way.
