Ugh. This was Johansen’s 2nd chance to end this series and she freaking botched it! BUT, I made it through another “trilogy” inside the series. This whole thing is long and drawn out. Could’ve cut the whole book by 100 pages and it would’ve all still made sense.
Ms Johansen, good luck with the rest of your Eve Duncan books. As for me, I’m done with your books for the foreseeable future.

Loved the book. Had to finish it late last night. Definitely this series was worth the wait for each book to come out. Highly recommend them.

Silencing Eve is the final book in the trilogy of Taking Eve, Hunting Eve & Silencing Eve. Not really sure why it was necessary for this to be a trilogy. I think each of the books individually were about 25% too long and had they been edited and this published as a single novel, the story would have moved at a better pace and been less repetitive.

Not the best book written by her but I still enjoyed the conclusion to this trilogy.

Really didn't like the love triangle with Jane. The way it was handled at the end was not the one I was looking for. Trevor annoyed me and Jane's actions regarding him just did not seem to line up with what we have seen of her character. Give us more Caleb!!! (did however find it odd that she referred to them by their last names that also sound like first names, Mark Trever & Seth Caleb)

I loved the characters of Catherine, Eve's father Zander, and wish we had more of Margaret!!

Didn't feel like the ends were tied up with Kevin, it ended very abruptly.

The character of Kevin's mother was awesome - she is the ultimate bad woman.

Mystery/romantic suspense trilogy with a few paranormal elements.

I DNF about half way through. I had liked one of the books in this series in the past, but this one...was...so...tough.

Everything felt wrong, bad, terrible characterizations and it just didn't sit. I did not enjoy it at all.

I can hardly even remember the book because I kept skimming it in hopes it would get better.

It did not.

Absolutely loved reading this book, even knowing what was going to happen! But yeah, there's going to be more, and I can't wait to read it!

Oh, this was a fantastic book, and we were warned that maybe not all of the characters would make it through, though I didn't expect what happened!! Loved this book, can't wait for the next one!!

Thrilling conclusion to this trilogy. My favorite part was the ending. It was a long time coming, but well worth the wait. Now the question is what else is going to happen to these beloved characters.
