I actually enjoyed this book. To be fair it wasn’t great but it still holds a sturdy place in my reviews. An easy read that was fast paced with realistic characters. I was actually sad when I was finished because I had liked the main character, Monica, so much. Which says a lot.
Note: I find all the people hating on this book annoying. Most complain about the end twist noting it being big and shocking and I’d like to let them know that the book is supposed to lead up to that point and make it make sense. They also complained that they couldn’t stand the teenage angst- you’re reading a fucking young adult novel about a girl’s dead sister- what did you expect?
