I'll probably have more to say after running this, but on first read, it looks like sooo much fun. One of the things I love about Pelgrane's pregens is that they deliberately leave wiggle room for campaign flavor, player style, etc. Lots of ways this one can go, though the players do get railroaded (via magic boat with unalterable course) to the "island".
