I feel like I would like it a lot more if I hadn't watched the anime first

I thought this would be bad... But it wasn't. It was awesome!

I remember reading a few installments of Vampire Knight wayyyy back, and I recall enjoying it, but that’s about it, so now, I’m going to read the entire series.

The art in this manga is beautiful. There were instances I had to remind myself who was Zero and who was Kaname to her though. They’re drawn so similar, other than hair colour, but that’s the part to remember, to separate them.

I’ve heard Vampire Knight is considered taboo and “bad” but I’m wondering why. Because Kaname’s interest in her? Coming from a person who reads some pretty dark and taboo, and dark AND taboo romances/fiction, this is nothing.

Overall, good start to the series. Easy to fall into the book and I can’t wait to get into the next one.

La trama está interesante aunque la autora no para de repetir las mismas frases que ya conocemos desde la página 1. In love con Zero. Por cierto, algunas ilustraciones quitan el hipo, omg

I decided to re-read this series again, and I’m so glad I did. It will always be my favorite. ❤️

I feel strange saying I liked the first volume less than I had the first anime episode.
