This book... where do I even start. I have a love-hate relationship since the first 50% if not more of the book was boooringgg. But then when it got amped up a bit? DAMN it was good. Rebecca's just here dropping bombs and bombs on me and my heart can't handle so many emotions at once. But like it was a good book just a bit boring in the beginning and maybe not everything was necessary? Like the Xaden Violet bickering was a bit repetitive like yeah we get that you have trust issues. But like the ending??? Wtf she can't do this to my heart wdym istg if Xaden turns into the villain I'm gonna burn the book. Like I've heard the theories about Dain being endgame and under these circumstances??? Nah they're gonna find a cure for Xaden getting venified (new made up term?) or else! Also low-key hear me out Mira and Dain?? In conclusion the book is probably objectively a 5 star but I gave 4 stars just cause it took me sooo long to finish and kinda boring in the beginning and unnecessarily long.
