I enjoyed the witty parts of this story. The writer has the promising talent of being a good author. I thought the book show moments to where the story shared some real moments. The characters are written with entertaining personalities. I like the flow of the story. I also enjoyed some of the comedic moments from the story. I like the romantic story line. The romance was cute and sweet.

I admit it, this is the first book I've read by Megan Frampton but it definitely won't be the last!

I loved this one and while this is a fourth book in the series, I don't feel like I missed anything and after reading some of the reviews, it might be a good thing I didn't because it seems like most people felt that Jane's character drastically changed from the last book to this one so with that said, YAY for me!

I thought both Jane and Thomas were great characters. Thomas is doing everything he can to help his family even if that means marrying an heiress he doesn't love. Ultimately he and Jane strike a deal to help each other out - he will show her more of the world (and intimacy) and she will help him find a bride. You can guess what happens here...they start to have feelings for each other and have to figure out what is most important to them - Independence (Jane), financial security (Thomas), or LOVE.

I will definitely be picking up more books from Frampton in the future!

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for the review copy.

This was by far my favorite in the series so far. I loved Jane and Thomas so much. I thought it was really great to see Jane break out of her shell after first meeting her in Lavinia's story. She was so bold and fun and I quite enjoyed her journey. I also loved the brother's best friend idea here and it was done so well. Thomas was a great MMC and he was kind and ebullient. He also was nowhere near as broody as the other MMC's in this series and I thought that was refreshing. The spice in this one. My goodness, definitely my favorite and I liked that it started pretty early on in their relationship. I'm excited to read the last book in the series, but I don't know if Jane and Thomas can be beat!

This is a review of Gentleman Seeks Bride by Megan Frampton and is Book 4 of 4: Hazards of Dukes

Thomas Sharpe needs a bride to save his family from poverty. Lady Jane Capel’s engagement ended leaving her broken hearted. Jane did not want to continue looking for a husband and so her parents cut off ties with her and she went to live with her half-brother, Percy. Jane offers to help Thomas find a wealthy bride and in exchange he escorts her so she can have more fun experiences.

I have enjoyed other stories by this author more than I did this one. I had read the last book in the series and was looking forward to this one. I liked the resolution at the end and some of the secondary characters like Percy. A lot of the conversations were repetitive and the characters actions and conversations seemed more modern than the times.

Thank you Megan Frampton, NetGalley, and the publisher for the advanced copy of the book.

Good romance, I enjoyed my time with this, no major complaints and no major pluses. I liked it while reading it but I probably won’t think about it again.

You don’t see too often where both MCs have professions and work for a living by the end! Loved the steam content (although the length was a little short on them all) and the end was super cute!! No real breakup and a fun sweet spicy time all around. If you liked The Good Girl’s Guide to Rakes but want less angst and drama and a quicker burn, try this! Both are brother’s best friend + sex lessons in exchange for bride hunt! I also loved the narrator besides the climax groans lmao

There was a great vouyer scene!!! She got to pick whatever she wanted to watch (with him)
