Cassie was right from the start and Evan knew it from the moment he met her.

She was destined to be humanity.
Cassie is humanity.

I loved the first book, the second not as much but this one was just so different. i enjoyed it will i was reading it cause it was fairly fast paced, but was left feeling a bit like I’d been reading something completely different. It was clear in the first book it was supposed to be written as if it were a diary or someone’s thoughts, all in first person present tense, but this last book had a completely different atmosphere with half in third person and a lot in past tense. cassies povs became much more teenage diary like which killed the atmosphere quite a lot. also how tf is evan still alive after being killed about four times

I loved the first book, the second book was enjoyable but not spectacular and I had high hopes for this last book to conclude the series. Unfortunately this book just wasn’t it for me.
The story line was all over the place, which made the entire book quite confusing. I really wanted to finish this book, but I quite literally had to force myself to pick it up.
