I genuinely enjoyed reading this book but the ending left me feeling as if it lacked... something. I'm not sure how to put my feelings into words. I would have preferred a better ending but I do not know what kind of ending I wanted. I think it's more I didn't enjoy the plot? Something was off and I can't put my finger on it. 

BTW, the romance was good. I really enjoyed reading that part of the book
