Lisa Jewell is a great author and I loved the narrator for the audiobook (Helen Duff). This wasn’t my favorite book though. It was interesting enough though.

It's refreshing to read a Lisa Jewell with all the interpersonal mystery of her usual work but none of the grisly crime and murder. I hope she continues to experiment with these lighter plotlines.

The narrator’s voices for male characters was brutal. It dragged in the beginning, but wholesome ending. Maybe I would have enjoyed more as a physical book vs audio.

Fabulous, utterly moving book. Will be looking out for other books by this author as I loved this book.

I love a Lisa Jewell book. I'm not sure why, but I quickly get drawn in and then before I know it I've finished the book and feeling bereft at losing the characters from my life.

At first I found this book hard to keep track of, there were too many characters (four main really) but as I read on and my brain started clicking into gear, I was hating the jumping from one character to the other because I felt I was never going to get any answers.

And then they all come in a tumble, but it's a relief because you knew the information (even though you didn't) and....

Look this is less of a review and more of a read the book. You'll love it.

Not at all what I'd expected from Lisa Jewell as this was actually a pretty serious read, not the usual chick lit I was expecting but a great idea and a really interesting, quite thought provoking read.

I love every other Lisa Jewell book I've read so far, but this one was boring. I almost abandoned it.
