Another interesting story in the series, though maybe I need a break from the series as I have read the first two books close together and I have a sense the characters may grate a bit if I don’t have a break. Probably a group of novels to dip in and out of rather than read them all at once.

Hawthorne is even more unlikeable in this book, and even Horowitz annoyed me at times. The murder itself though was clever and I liked the different interwoven storylines.

Are we going to find out Hawthorne's deal in book 3?? I would like to find out that he's secretly a massive good guy but I am very unsure.
