This is from what I consider the golden age of Garfield. Funnier than the later books and almost all fresh instead of repeated. (I know after 30+ years it’s hard to keep coming up with new and funny material, and it shows in the later books.)

Garfield is my absolute favorite comic strip! I loved it, and I have almost all of the 74 Garfield books.

Garfield has always been one of my favourite cartoon characters so allow me to be biased and say there's never a dull moment with this one! And you just can't have enough!

Quick impression: I had read before the three books contained in this collection over the years. However, what can I say? Garfield comics for me are comfort reading, and there are some very good strips here. I still love the idea of Garfield watching the Baby Laughter Channel (media companies need to get in on this). For libraries, this is a good value as you are getting three volumes at a time.
