Not an expert regarding the political ideology myself but I feel like this short book does provide a good exposure to many of the ideas and viewpoints of classical liberals. Included are an overview of the main social, economic and philosophical points, as well as a summary of important figures in the movement and a reading list (which I’ll definitely be exploring in the future).
However, as merely a summary of ideas, it doesn’t justify and explain ideas using data or comparisons to other schools of thoughts, which I can forgive it for considering it doesn’t intend to be a defence of the principles and it does properly achieve its goal of being an overview of the ideas.
