We can probably blame this on me??? I *should* have put this down after the first chapter, but I was hoping it would be silly and fun and the concept would keep me invested.
What I neglected to consider was how irritating the love interest would be, how bizarre his “angry persona” would seem next to his “I’m a sweet loving husband” routine, and how MIND NUMBINGLY ANNOYED I WOULD GET AT THE WORDS “ho boy” which appear on every other page.
Pass.
