Although her plotting is nothing to brag about, Kelly Thompson is the queen of Bendis-like snappy dialog writing and she is on form here again. She is very well accustomed to writing Kate Bishop now and it shows. Her bantering with Clint always fun and I really liked Quentin and Gwen as a couple, but I can't say I cared about other players tbh. As a person who can't stand current serious superhero stories with all the alien fighting and bullshit, I love the goofy quality Kelly Thompson's stories offers. I have seen her do it better, but this one is still worth it.

The debut of the much-beloved Jeff the Land Shark! Even aside from Marvel’s best baby boy, it’s truly tragic that this was the end of the new West Coast Avengers. This comic was tons of fun, and I highly recommend it when you need something fun and pretty light.

This was such a fun comic I loved every issue. Yeah it was a little chaos-y and very fantasy and magic, but it was such a fun ride.
It really made me love all the characters and makes me want to read more about them.

I'm really into fun quirky comics that don't take themselves too seriously lately and this scratched that itch. I like how they addressed Gwenpool's nigh-omnipotence from the end of her solo title.
