This story was so cute!
It was short without being too short, moving without being unrealistic and romantic without being over the top.
Loved the romance and characters and I loved the story.
The only thing for me that I didn’t like, was too much descriptive text about the surroundings from time to time (though I do understand the meaning of it for the story)

Taylor swift songs: “snow on the beach”, “paper rings”, “lover”, and “begin again (Taylor’s version)”

Ok I loved this. This is such a heartwarming romance and I was absolutely hooked. You instantly fall in love with the characters and the plot, and I love the overcoming of grief and personal insecurities and falling in love when you least expect it. I literally read this whole thing in one evening and then morning. It was such a quick easy read, but it was very satisfying and enjoyable as well. The characters are so sweet and real and honest. I loved how Leo was with the kids, it was precious. I highly recommend this book!

Age rating: 13+. Characters are adults, but it isn’t spicy by any means.

Description: Nora is a hallmark-type movie script writer who recently branched out to write a raw, real script about her own divorce and devastating breakup with the father of her two kids. This script gets instant buzz and is filmed at her house with a huge movie star, Leo. While at her house filming the movie, Leo becomes fed up with Hollywood life and asks Nora to pay her $1,000 a day to stay at her rural cottage house in their small town for seven days. She really needs the money, so she takes his offer. But when his seven days are up, Leo doesn’t want to leave. While Leo stays there, he falls in love with the small town life, and being with Nora and her kids. But, Nora is skeptical that this big hot-shot actor will really want to stay long-term, so she keeps him at a distance. But, when her kids get attached, her distance is slowly lessening and she begins to develop feelings for this actor. Will he stay and enjoy small town life or will he leave them all broken-hearted?
