First complaint - too british.
it felt like some things were added to make the book more interesting or move the plot along. gary is introduced as this weird guy with no friends, then has multiple friends and is good at conversation. he should have been freakier.
liked the first plot twist from emily’s pov, then too much back and forth with stupid decisions and i wanted to stop reading but then the last like 10 pages were good
