I have no prior experience with this author, but the way they were writing the mmc and the m love interest was like they just Wanted to be writing a heterosexual relationship. Like write what you want, but don’t make it cheesy😭😭 also there were some spelling/ grammar errors that I tried to look over but it still bugged me the Entire Time I kept reading

I really enjoyed this book. Outside of feeling like the author laid it on a little thick with the smut, I had a fun time. I’m curious to see where things go moving forward. The characters are funny & interesting, and the story was engaging. Though it did feel like everything wrapped up super quickly after dragging on for a bit. Overall, it was still a really interesting story & I hope I enjoy the next book as much/more than this one. 4.25/5

The sex scenes were too ... fake? Scripted? Obviously written fictional sex is going to vary from irl sex in to play up the fantasy elements but this was just not my taste at all. I also did not like Morgan.
