This was so incredibly powerful. Despite this book being short it packs an incredible punch. Through a series of questions. Hedi Fried talks in depth about her experiences of being in concentration camps in world war 2 and what caused her to arrive in those circumstances. She writes empathetically and with clarity about how the experiences she went through impacted her and how future generations can stop it happening again. Everyone should read this book.

Men väldigt kort.

In clear, considered, and vivid prose survivor Hédi Fried answers the questions we all have inside us about the horrors of the Holocaust. In this time more than ever, accessible books on this subject are so necessary.
