I want like 5 more books with these characters. I’m so sad it’s over but love how it all wrapped up. All of the tension, angst, and pining really hit the spot. I really hope more of Mona Kasten’s books get translated into English so I can continue reading her work.

It took me over a year to finish the book... I was about to DNF it about 10 times and honestly I only finish it because I didn't want to leave the series like that.

The first volumes didn't really convince me either, but there's even less plot in this book! The various POVs are very redundant in my opinion and important topics are touched on superficially but it feels like you're ticking off quotas.

Maybe I'm just too old - my 13 year old self could have enjoyed it perhaps. But this one is definitely overhyped in my opinion.
