I’m going to read this so many times throughout my life. I can’t stop thinking about these poems. Beautiful.

an invigorating collection. the voice could be difficult for those new to poetry, but only because it's so dense

Really powerful command of language. Extremely moving, dark, and funny.

Way over my head, I felt like I was reading English words, but out of order. One or two poems were accessible to me. Not the fault of the author. Poetry is personal and emotional. Rating is a reflection of my ability to enjoy this.

holy shit. this book needs to be read twice over (at least!) to truly appreciate its greatness.

This collection of poetry is complex, yet brilliant. Don’t rush through this one, I had to go back and reread a few poems to fully understand what was being said. I still would recommend you give it a go, it's worth the read.
