Not a big Trevor Noah fan, but this was a very good book. I normally only listen to about 30 minutes a day, but I finished this in three days.
Great book. The highest average rating I've seen for any book I think. I'll give it 4 1/2. High expectations that it lives up to although there was something I can't describe that keeps me from giving it the full 5. I learned a lot from reading it. It was inspiring and also funny. A winner that anyone will enjoy.

LOVED it, as a white person it gives me such a deeper and better understanding of Apartheid and all of the parts that my schools have failed to teach me. Absolutely amazing, everyone should read this
Don't expect a laugh-out-loud read--well except maybe the 'go Hitler, go Hitler cultural clash of errors--but more of a perpetual smirk as Noah provides perspective on post-Apartheid South Africa, as a native son with a unique vantage point due to his mixed race.
Very well written and deeply personal - Trevor should write more books. Felt every emotion reading this and learned a lot. 5 stars.
