Hi - I'm J. D., and I'd love to share my novel with you. The Emerald Princess is a sci-fi paranormal mystery with a dash of classic noir. Main character Ann Raymond lives in between worlds: she is half-human, half-alien, and sits on the lowest rung of the caste system on alien-occupied Earth. Recently laid off as a pilot cartographer, she takes on a job recovering looted art hidden during The Great War, but one of the statues is not what she seems. The Emerald Princess is a tale of revenge, murder, and betrayal - a perfect summer read!

You may love The Emerald Princess if you enjoy:
- 1st person detective noir
- Soft sci-fi
- Fast paced character-driven books
- Kick-ass female protagonists
- The X-Files
- New Adult
- Books about people living in between worlds (perhaps you feel this way, too)
- Social justice

***CONTENT WARNING***
You may prefer to skip The Emerald Princess based on the following trigger warnings (all content would fall within the PG-13 space):
