About Dracula Daily
Bram Stoker’s Dracula is an epistolary novel - it’s made up of letters, diaries, telegrams, newspaper clippings - and every part of it has a date. The whole story happens between May 3 and November 7. So: Dracula Daily will post a newsletter each day that something happens to the characters, in the same timeline that it happens to them.
Now you can read the book via email, in small digestible chunks - as it happens to the characters.
Click here to subscribe to the Dracula Daily newsletter.
If you're joining after May 3, don't worry, you can still get the daily posts as they happen, and you can check out the archive to catch up!

How It Works
Forum topics will be created to discuss the emails received.
Further, please refer to the Librarian's Note below to figure out how to mark progression on this edition of Dracula.
Librarian's note: Over the course of this email series, 110 emails are sent. These emails vary in length, but the page count has been calculated based on a rough average of 1 email = 4 pages. Some emails are much shorter than this, some are much longer, but this calculation gives a page number that makes sense with the page numbers of other editions.

Recap
The past couple weeks, we saw Jonathan Harker go on a work trip to Transylvania. Despite the locals there advising Jonathan against visiting Count Dracula, he continues on. After an eerie journey, he finally arrives at the Castle, where Dracula greets him and sees to Jonathan's comfort. As the days go by, Jonathan grows uneasy and anxious as he slowly comes to the haunting realization that he is held prisoner in the castle, that the Count is not what he seems, and there seems to be strange beings roaming in the hallways.

Discussion Thread - Emails in June
Share your thoughts while we get more updates from Castle Dracula!
Recap
We saw Count Dracula coerce Jonathan to write three letters dated in June, detailing his leaving the castle. Jonathan takes this as a sign of the remaining duration of his lifespan. Miss Lucy is now engaged to Mr. Arthur, and we received our first communications from Dr. Seward, Mr. Quincy, and Mr. Arthur. In the meantime, Jonathan attempted to discreetly transmit some letters, but he was discovered by Dracula. A few mornings later, Jonathan awoke to find that all of his essential belongings for travel have vanished.
