Reading the Universe - hosted by jupytwo

Jupiter
Jupiter is the most massive planet in the solar system, and also serves as a protector. Jupiter's immense gravitational field shepherds asteroids, keeping them from flying off and hitting other planets. The Great Red Spot is a large storm within Jupiter's atmosphere that has lasted for centuries. Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto are the four Galilean moons. Galileo had observed these four bodies with the improvements he had made to the telescope. Along with being the largest planet in the solar system, it's also the oldest!

Suggestions:  a BIG book , a book with a bunch of spinoffs, a book that dramatically changed the world, a book with a red dot on it, anything about Zeus, a book where a guy cheats on his wife and has a bunch of kids (like Zeus)...
